Matchday Guide | Dons v Castleford Tigers

All you need to know before attending Saturday’s game.

The Dons are back at the Eco-Power Stadium this Saturday (February 7) against Super League side Castleford Tigers in the Betfred Challenge Cup

The game kicks-off at 2pm. If you haven't got your tickets yet, you can still purchase yours in time for the game.      

Ticket Prices     

Tickets are available for the game from the Club Doncaster Box Office by clicking here.      

The Signet East Stand will be in operation for home supporters.

The Polypipe South Stand will be in operation for away supporters. Castleford supporters should purchase their tickets in the Polypipe South Stand.

Please note season memberships will not be valid for this game and you will need to purchase a ticket for this game.

Those aged 13 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and their tickets must be purchased at the same time as the individual aged 18 years or older.

Supporters with disabilities pay the appropriate age category and can receive a carer ticket free of charge if required.

The Box Office will be open from 10am until kick-off (between 10am and 11am the Box Office will be based in the Club Shop).

Supporters are advised to avoid queues at the Eco-Power Stadium this season and get your e-tickets for matchdays.      

Anyone purchasing tickets online who selects the e-ticket delivery option will get their ticket in their e-mail inbox within a matter of minutes - right up until kick-off.     

That means there will be no need to queue at the Box Office on matchdays for purchases or collections, saving you valuable time.      

E-tickets can be purchased up until kick-off, making it the simplest way to gain entry to home matches this season.      

The e-ticket will be sent to the email address attached to your online ticket account - allowing you either to print at home or bring along your smartphone to have the QR code scanned.      

Please make sure you have your e-ticket downloaded to your files on your smartphone or screenshotted in case of any WiFi issues at the Stadium.

Pre-match and half-time entertainment

A mini rugby festival will take place on the pitch kicking off at 12.15pm

All turnstiles will open at 11.45am and there will be a host of family entertainment available on the East Stand concourse and outside including:    

  • Free face painting   
  • Gaming Van
  • Go-karts 
  • The Lion’s Den where youngsters can play FC26 on the PlayStation consoles, air hockey, arcade basketball and table football.  
  • Food and drink will be available from the concourse outlets. 

Dons 50/50 Draw     

The Dons will be running a 50/50 draw with tickets available for £1 from sellers outside the Box Office and near the turnstiles. The winner will win 50% of the proceeds with the remaining 50% being donated to the Dons CIC.     

Food and drink

Supporters can enjoy tasty treats such as the katsu chicken curry, the loaded burger, the loaded hotdog and the now famous chippy tea butty.     

Please note all food and beverage outlets are now cashless facilities and therefore please ensure you have your debit/credit card available on the day.    

Gold Members’ Lounge Access     

Only supporters who have purchased a gold match ticket for the game will be able to gain access to the Gold Members’ Lounge.

Our delicious street food menu will be available to pre-order and pre-pay on the day from our serving staff and will be delivered direct to your table, all at concourse prices.   

Car Parking     

We would advise hospitality guests to park in car park one, while all other supporters should park in car park two.    

Seasonal car parking is valid for this game.

Parking for those with disabilities can be booked for £5 by calling 01302 762576 and selecting option one.

General parking is also available for £5 and can be booked online by clicking HERE.

Coach parking is available for £20 to be paid in cash on the day to the steward on arrival.

Teamsheets     

Teamsheets will be available from members of the club staff on the concourse and in the restaurant from approximately 1.15pm.    

Club Store     

The club store will be open from 10am until kick-off with the brand-new 2026 home shirts plus the training range available for supporters to purchase. Please note that the club store is a cashless facility.      

Stadium WiFi     

Supporters can connect to the stadium's wi-fi by joining the network named: 1 - Jibba Jabba Free Wi-Fi.     

Safeguarding     

Please note that all children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over.         

Quiet Room      

The Dons Quiet Area will be open as usual during the match. Supporters who wish to utilise the room should contact the nearest steward who will take you to the room. Please note that children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting the room.
